The Transformative Women's Circle is a haven designed specifically for women who have reached the incredible chapter of life beyond 40. It's a monthly gathering where you'll join a community of kindred spirits on a profound exploration of your inner world. Led by skilled facilitators, our circle is a sacred space where you can openly address and heal issues such as attachment, trauma, relationships, embodiment, and connection.

🌼 Deep-Dive Discussions: Engage in thoughtful conversations that delve into the heart of attachment patterns, helping you understand and overcome the obstacles that have held you back.

🌼 Trauma Healing: Together, we'll embark on a journey of healing, offering support as you release the emotional burdens that may have accumulated over the years. Trauma healing occurs in relationships. It doesn’t occur in a vacuum!

🌼 Relationship Reflections:  Explore the intricate dynamics of relationships at this stage of life and uncover ways to cultivate meaningful connections. Are you a parent? Are you single? Are you married? Let’s explore how to enhance your relationships and connections with yourself and others. 

🌼 Embodiment Exploration:   Rediscover your body as a source of wisdom, pleasure, and strength. Through gentle practices, we'll guide you toward a more profound connection with your physical self. So many of us were taught that our bodies are imperfect and the enemy. The reality is that our bodies are powerful and have done an amazing job of protecting us over the years. 

🌼 Heartfelt Connection:  Forge genuine bonds with other incredible women who are on the same path, sharing insights, stories, and support that will last beyond our circle meetings. Even if your social support system is completely full, consider the opportunity to create deeper and more meaningful connections. 

🦋 EVENT DETAILS:

🌟 Frequency:  Monthly gatherings that offer continuity and space for your growth journey. We will meet the second Sunday of each month from  10am - 12pm. Ongoing throughout 2024!

🌟 Duration: Each meeting spans two enriching hours, ensuring ample time for deep exploration and heartfelt connection. Bring your questions, fears, struggles, and successes with you to this enrichment hour. 

🌟 Investment:  The cost per meeting is $175  per group, a small price for the immense value and transformation you'll experience. Because this group will mostly be focused on skills development it is not billable to insurance.

🌟Location:  Our circles are currently hosted VIRTUALLY over Video Conference.

🌟 Facilitators:  Jenn Bovee, is a skilled facilitator bringing a wealth of experience in trauma, attachment, addiction,  therapy, and personal growth. She focuses on  creating  a safe, nurturing environment that encourages vulnerability and growth.
