About Our Virtual Front Desk

Due to space limitations our Billing, Administrative and Front Desk team operate remotely from a separate office that isn’t at our Normal location. What this means for our clients:

  • Each of our offices house only clinicians and clients so please do not stop by without an appointment. If you need to reach the virtual front desk you can email them at info@thementalwellnesscenter.com or leave a voicemail at (309) 807-5077.

  • If you would like to become a client, reach out to info@thementalwellnesscenter.com and our front desk staff will do a preliminary check of your insurance and send you our intake paperwork to get things started. You can also CLICK HERE to become a client.

  • Copays are automatically run to the card on file at each visit. If you prefer to pay in exact cash or check, this can be handed to your clinician at the time of service.
