Her dedication has led to her pursuing a Certification in providing neuroaffirming evaluations.

Initial Contact
Tell us who needs the evaluation (yourself or someone else)
Specify what you're seeking evaluation for: ADHD, Autism, or both
Insurance Details
Submit your insurance information if applicable
Important: After March 30, 2025, we will no longer accept insurance for Psychological Evaluations
Cost Estimate
We'll verify your benefits and provide an estimated cost
Review and confirm this matches your insurance information
Note: Final costs may vary based on the intake assessment
Portal Setup & Scheduling
After approving the cost estimate, you'll receive a portal setup link
Complete all required paperwork before your intake
Intakes are scheduled for Mondays and are VIRTUAL unless otherwise arranged
Testing sessions occur the following Thursday, and will be in person
Results timeline varies based on the extent of testing needed
Payment Information
All payments are due at time of service
Insurance Clients:
Initial charge at intake: copay or deductible ($100-$160)
Testing, interpretation, report, and feedback charges collected at testing session (amount based on your insurance verification)
Self-Pay Clients:
$500 deposit required before booking intake
Remaining balance due at time of service
